Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to start a return To start a return, contact us at forxafit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with next steps. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we will not be able to process unsolicited returns.

Damages and wrong items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at forxafit@gmail.com so we can make it right. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable items We are unable to accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalised products, or personal care items. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific product.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.

Refunds Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at forxafit@gmail.com.
